KATU Interviews Susan Eggum on Kuhnhausen Suit

Susan Eggum recently filed a civil damages action on behalf of Susan Kuhnhausen against Michael Kuhnhausen, Sr., her estranged husband currently under indictment for hiring a hit man to murder her.  In defense of her own life during the attack by Edward Haffey, Ms. Kuhnhausen strangled Haffey to death.  For her injuries and emotional distress damages incurred in defending for her own life, Ms. Kuhnhausen is seeking $1 million in damages against Michael Kuhnhausen, Sr., currently in custody.  KATU Channel 2 recently asked Ms. Eggum several questions about the civil damages action.
