We are excited to announce the promotion of Amber Beyer and Kyle Rohrer to the positions of Partner with the firm.

Amber A. Beyer

Amber is a litigation attorney that focuses her law practice on personal injury defense, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, and transportation. She has also represented and advised businesses in various matters including employment law, contract review, and regulatory and commercial matters.   

Representative Cases

  • Following four-day bench trial, obtained favorable verdict for client on claim for timber trespass against neighbor.
  • Obtained temporary restraining order/preliminary injunction and summary judgment for landowner on adverse possession claim.
  • Obtained dismissal of company based on personal jurisdiction in $18 million product liability and premises liability claim.

Amber graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School. Amber received her bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Spanish from the University of Oregon, Robert D. Clark Honors College.

Amber is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, the Washington State Bar, and the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.

When she is not wrangling a toddler, Amber can be found running, biking, and experimenting with new gardening endeavors.  In 2024, she started a pumpkin patch that yielded a 300 lb. pumpkin.

Kyle R. Rohrer

Kyle’s practice focuses on tort litigation including premises liability, products liability, professional liability, personal injury, and dram shop law. Kyle has also represented general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in construction cases. Kyle has arbitration and trial experience in both Washington and Oregon courts. He has achieved early dismissal for his clients through summary judgment motions on premises liability, product liability, and common law negligence claims in Oregon Circuit Court.

Representative Cases

  • Obtained summary judgement in personal injury lawsuit.
  • Obtained summary judgement on complicated statute of limitations issue in UIM lawsuit.
  • Achieved arbitration award under offer of judgment, allowing recovery of costs for client in personal injury lawsuit.

Kyle received his law degree from the University of Oregon. Kyle completed his bachelor’s degree in English and Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Denver.

Kyle is admitted to the Oregon and Washington State Bars, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.

When not in the office or the courtroom, Kyle prefers to be outdoors with his friends and family. He is an avid skier, average runner, and atrocious golfer.
