Law Practice

Jordan is an associate attorney and 2024 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law.

Prior to law school, Jordan worked as a litigation specialist in the organized criminal enterprise unit for the United States District Attorney’s Office in the Western District of Washington. He also served in the US Army for six years as an EOD Technician where he responded to and disarmed unexploded military munitions and homemade explosives.

During law school, Jordan was the captain of the law school’s arbitration team, which competed in regionals, as well as captain of the Sports & Entertainment team that competed at the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition, a simulated salary arbitration competition modeled closely on the procedures used by Major League Baseball (MLB).

Education

Jordan earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2024.

Jordan became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 2024.

Professional

Jordan is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association.

Personal

When he’s not in the office, Jordan enjoys golfing and spending time with his girlfriend and two labs. He is an avid sports fan and will routinely travel to Seattle or other cities to watch a baseball or football game.

Presentations

Jordan taught two, 2-hour undergrad legal studies classes regarding Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) and the Supreme Court’s ruling that college athletes can be paid based on their NIL.

He also taught a class on tax implications to the UO Men’s Basketball team as it pertained to NIL endorsements and income earned.

Awards

Jordan earned the OCDETF Director’s Outstanding Investigation Award for his work and contribution as a litigation specialist for the US Attorney’s Office in disrupting/dismantling a major criminal organization/network.
